Great nutrition plays an essential role in our health and Nikki is in the garden to explain to us the health benefits of incorporating the superfood Kale into diets.
- Kale is packed with Antioxidants, is high in Vitamins A & K, Iron and Calcium.
- Nikki recommends the best way of eating Kale is blended into smoothies, massaged with some Olive oil and mixed in to a salad.
- Otherwise a warm version is to sauté it with some garlic and a squeeze of Lemon juice.
- It is so good for you and can be used in a variety of recipes.
