Not too sure on Cauliflower? It is an excellent vegetable to incorporate in your diet, and Nikki tells us why and how we can eat it
- Cauliflowers are part of the nutrient rich Cruciferous Vegetable family Brassicaceae, the same family as cabbage, broccoli and curly kale.
- They are excellent for our digestive health and should be incorporate into our diets to keep our digestive system healthy.
- Roasted Cauliflower with middle eastern spices with a tangy herb dressing is one of Nikkis favourite ways to eat cauliflower.
- Blending it into soups is a great way to give your soup a lovely creaming texture or blitz it in a food processor and use it as an alternative to rice.
