  • Garlic has been around for centuries and is used in so many incredible dishes around the globe.
  • From a health perspective garlic has been used by many cultures in both its raw and cooked form, for its antibacterial properties, its ability to boost the immune system and its ability to fight and reduce oxidative stress (the imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in your body)
  • A great cooking tip with garlic, is that garlic cooks quicker than onions. So,if sautéing onions and garlic, add the garlic after the onions have softened, to ensure they don’t burn, which can lead to your food tasting bitter.
