Ingredients
6 blue manna crabs
Olive oil
Salt
Black Pepper

Recipe

  • Clean your crab – snap the top off, snap it in half, then use the feelers to clean out the gizzards. Rinse them off in some seawater.
  • Bang your crab in the wok and sprinkle olive oil over the top.
  • Massage the crabs to get the oil through.
  • Add salt and pepper – lots of pepper in particular.
  • Light the barbeque, pop the wok on top – you can add wine or beer to the dish.
  • Let it cook for around 10 minutes.
