Ingredients
1 sliced frozen banana
½ fresh banana (for topping)
1 cup mango (cubed, frozen)
½ cup fresh mango
1 cup dragon fruit (cubed, frozen)
½ cup fresh dragon fruit
¼ cup coconut milk (or almond milk or coconut water)
Nuts or seeds
Dark chocolate flakes or chips for topping

Recipe

  • Put your frozen ingredients in a blender along with the coconut milk. Blend until satisfied.
  • Put in a bowl, add toppings.
