DUMPLING DOUGH


  • 500g Plain flour
  • 250ml water
  • Pinch of salt flakes

EQUIPMENT

  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Small jug
  • Fork
  • Cling wrap

METHOD

  • Mix dough by hands
  • Knead, 5 mins
  • Wrap and rest, 20 mins
  • Roll and cut – dumpling wrappers, noodles
  • Knife
  • Rolling pin
