- 500g Plain flour
- 250ml water
- Pinch of salt flakes

- Medium mixing bowl
- Small jug
- Fork
- Cling wrap
METHOD
- Mix dough by hands
- Knead, 5 mins
- Wrap and rest, 20 mins
- Roll and cut – dumpling wrappers, noodles
- Knife
- Rolling pin
