TOMATO EGG DROP NOODLE SOUP
- 2 – 3 large tomatoes
- ½ garlic clove, finely grated
- 1.5L chicken stock
- 2 eggs
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- 2 spring onions
EQUIPMENT
- 1 x small pot
- Ladle
- Knife
- Chopping board
METHOD
- Make soup
- Crack in eggs whilst hot
- Serve
