Pete’s Famous BBQ Rub


INGREDIENTS

  • Hickory
  • Garlic
  • Celery Salt
  • Paprika
  • Cut of Beef Brisket (or meat of your choice)
  • Mustard

EQUIPMENT

  • 1 x small pot
  • Ladle 
  • Knife
  • Chopping board

METHOD

  • Combine spices in a small bowl
  • Trim fat off brisket
  • Rub the beef with mustard
  • Coat the beef with combined spices
  • Wrap the beef and refridgerate overnight
  • Roast beef on low heat for 10-12hrs

Serve whilst hot and enjoy!
