Sally’s Yorkshire Puddings

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegetable Oil
  • 2 large eggs (I prefer free range)
  • 100g plain flour
  • 100 ml milk

 

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 225 C
  • Add splash of vegetable oil to each of the compartments of a muffin tin
  • Put tin into oven for 10-15 mins - til the oil is very hot
  • While the oil is heating - beat eggs, flour and milk and a pinch of salt until light and smooth
  • Remove the tin from the oven (carefully, the oil will be very hot)
  • pour the batter evenly into the muffin tin compartments
  • return to the over for 10-15 minutes and batter is risen and golden

Serve with vegetarian sausages, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas and Enjoy!
