Butterflied Barramundi in corn husk.

Main Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bn kale.
  • 1 bn Beetroot leaves.
  • 1 bn Lemon myrtle.
  • 1 bn Oregano.
  • 250 grams of Sour cherries.
  • 50 grams of Mulberries.

Method:

  • From the tail to the head, slice the scales out of the fish
  • Cut the surroundings of the fish with scissors.
  • Separate the fillet with the scissors.
  • Cut through the spin & the join as well.
  • Start seasoning with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil.
  • To make sure the fish doesn’t dry out, place lemon marcel.
