Butterflied Barramundi in corn husk.
Main Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 bn kale.
- 1 bn Beetroot leaves.
- 1 bn Lemon myrtle.
- 1 bn Oregano.
- 250 grams of Sour cherries.
- 50 grams of Mulberries.
Method:
- From the tail to the head, slice the scales out of the fish
- Cut the surroundings of the fish with scissors.
- Separate the fillet with the scissors.
- Cut through the spin & the join as well.
- Start seasoning with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil.
- To make sure the fish doesn’t dry out, place lemon marcel.
