How to grow and harvest Artichokes

• The Jerusalem Artichoke belongs to the sunflower family. You don’t eat the flower. You eat the root riser.
• The Artichoke is a rich source of fibre & has carbohydrates called inulin.
• The flower heads in the middle are packed with dried stamens.
• The stamens will act as a propagation mixture.
• The dried stamens seeds will germinate, which will give you 50-60 tiny plants.
