Equipment:
- Wok.
- Gas burner.
- Tongs.
- Spider net for noodles.
- Platter to serve.
- Chopsticks.
Ingredients:
- 320g Noodles.
- 240g Mount Barker Chicken.
- Cooking oil.
- 160g cabbage.
- 3 tbsp. Dark soy sauce.
- Miss Chow’s Chili Oil.
- 100ml Gluten free light soy sauce.
- Coriander for garnish.
Bang Bang Chicken Noodles
Method:
- Bang Bang Sauce
- Mix Miss Chow’s chili oil and light soy sauce
Noodles:
- Blanch noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes
- Run under cold water to stop cooking process
Dish:
- Add cooking oil to wok
- Saute garlic for 1 minute until fragrant
- Add diced chicken and stir fry until cooked through
- Add cooked Noodles stir fry for 1 minutes
- Stir through Bang Bang Sauce and dark soy sauce
- Add cabbage and stir fry for another 2 minutes
- Serve
