Story Title: Rookworst & Sauerkraut

Ingredients
Rookworst (Johnny to bring)
Sauerkraut
Potatoes
Onion (is this enough?)
Salt & Pepper
Butter
Milk

Method

• Mash potatoes with salt and butter (you can use milk, but you don’t want it runny)
• Cook the rookworst with the sauerkraut in a pan, allowing juices to soak in.
• Add your onions
• Place your rookworst & sauerkraut mix over the mashed potato.
