Trev’s Secret Stevia

INGREDIENTS

• Handful of Fresh Stevia
• Bottle of Vodka

METHOD

• Wash your stevia after harvesting
• Strip foliage off stems
• Rough chop the foliage
• Place the chopped foliage in a jar until full (make sure you have a lid for it!)
• Pour vodka over foliage and fill to top
• Place lid on the jar and pop in fridge for 48hrs
• After 48hrs pour contents into a pan and simmer until reduced to a syrup.
• Return to jar and keep stored in the fridge.
